LAUREN ROUSSEAU

WUFT NEWS
From January 2020 to April 2020

As a multimedia reporter for WUFT News, I pitched, reported and wrote deadline-based news stories for counties throughout North and Central Florida. I also produced organic photos, video and data visualizations.
During my time with the news service, I covered living wages, the premiere of driverless buses in Gainesville, and the impact of the coronavirus on Gainesville’s businesses, residents and people with disabilities.
Articles I wrote:
-

"Gainesville residents can now use the bus for free as it travels between the parking garage on Southwest 2nd Street and the Innovation Hub."
